Student Guidelines for MEAVC Registration
According to MEAVC policy, only students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine are eligible for the student category/discount.
Unfortunately, Master’s and PhD students do not fall under this category. You can proceed with the payment as a veterinarian only.
Please present a hard copy of your Student ID at the registration desk throughout the duration of the congress.
Nurses/Technicians Stream
Registration includes:
*Nurses are allowed to register to the full event if they wish, with the rates of veterinarians.
MEAVC Workshops Registeration Policy:
To attend Wet labs, you don’t need to register for the MEAVC Congress. Please note that Wet labs require separate fees.
MEAVC Wet Labs Registeration Policy:
Upon receipt of the registration and corresponding payment the delegate will receive confirmation via email along with the attached invoice.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
In case the MEAVC cannot proceed in 2026 due to force majeure (Covid-19, Governmental Regulations, etc.) registrations will automatically be transferred to 2026.
Group registration
If your company would like to invite 10 or more participants to the 3rd edition of MEAVC, please send an email to manar@meavc.com.
Please note that contact details of each participant are mandatory for the name list submission (*minimum requirement: full name, company, country & email address).
An invoice will be sent accordingly.
